Case study: Kwanele Hlabano-Moyo

My name is Kwanele Hlabano-Moyo. I am a  Zimbabwean trained nurse and I have been practising for three years now. I have had the opportunity to explore various fields in nursing, caring for people with various and special needs and making sure that they get the best nursing care.  It is because of this zeal therefore, that I have found myself looking for an opportunity to work with North Devon District Hospital because I believe it is there that I will get an opportunity to learn and put into practice current nursing trends that actually work.  My husband currently works at the Hospital and told me that the teams are all very friendly and take positive steps in helping you to develop your career. I have had the pleasure of being offered a role as a Transition Nurse which I am very happy to accept. This role will support my transition to a registered nurse and will provide me with training and development in order to pass my OSCE exams. I know that I will be well supported through this process.

I look forward to working with a team which I know has a good reputation and will help me blossom  in my career.
